Using Fried Chicken
These terms apply to Fried Chicken for Android, operated by MEYER PRIME PTE. LTD. By using the app, you agree to use it lawfully and follow these rules. You may use the app for your personal step tracking and friendly competition.
The Android experience includes steps, daily goals, streaks, friends, Friends/Local/Global leagues, joining Groups by invitation and sharing progress. Android Groups are join-only; creation and management are not offered in this version. Features and availability may change as the service develops.
These are the Android terms. Apple’s standard end-user licence agreement does not govern this Android app. For questions, contact hello@getfriedchicken.com.
Google accounts and age
You must be at least 13 to create an account and meet any additional requirements that apply where you live. Provide accurate account and age information, keep access to your Google account secure, and do not use another person’s account.
Android uses Google Sign-In followed by Fried Chicken access and refresh sessions. Google and Apple sign-ins create separate Fried Chicken accounts, even if they use the same email address. Do not assume progress or account deletion transfers between them.
Eligible steps and accuracy
With permission, Fried Chicken reads supported native-phone step records from Health Connect. Eligible records must have a supported source and recording method. Manual steps, unknown recording methods, unsupported third-party sources and non-phone records do not count. The app does not directly integrate with Samsung Health, Fitbit, Garmin or watches.
Step totals, history, streaks and rankings may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate because of record availability, device behaviour, permissions, connectivity or verification. Refreshing or receiving corrected records may change displayed results. Play Integrity checks app/request context; it is not a guarantee that every step is genuine.
Do not fabricate activity, manipulate submissions or interfere with verification or other users’ results.
Advertising and privacy choices
The Android app includes AdMob banner, native and interstitial ads, subject to availability. Advertising is restricted to eligible signed-in users aged 18 or older; under-18 and unknown-age users are excluded.
Google UMP handles consent messages and privacy options where required. Look for “Ad privacy choices” under Profile → Data when it is available. Advertising services may process identifiers, diagnostics and ad interactions; see the Android privacy policy.
Motivation, not medical guidance
Fried Chicken is for motivation and information. It is not a medical device, and its goals, totals and other content are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Choose activity appropriate to your circumstances and seek qualified advice when needed.
We do not promise a particular health outcome, uninterrupted service or error-free measurements. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Leaving Fried Chicken
You can stop using the app and revoke Health Connect access at any time. Uninstalling the app or signing out does not delete your account.
Delete your account in the app through Profile → Account actions → Delete account. If you cannot access the app, an alternative deletion request route is available. The page explains ownership verification, what is removed, limited exceptions and how separate Google/Android and Apple/iOS accounts are handled.
For help with these terms or an account problem, visit Android support.
Leagues and community rules
Android accounts join Global League automatically, where your username and eligible step totals can appear worldwide. Local League visibility is a separate control in Profile; turning it off does not turn off Global participation.
Be respectful. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate others, use abusive usernames, send spam or misuse invitations. Only share content you are entitled to share. An invitation may require approval or be unavailable, expired or full.
Use Report or Block in the available user actions to raise a concern or limit contact. You can also contact support. We may restrict accounts that misuse the service. Reporting does not guarantee a particular outcome or response time.
