Leaving the flock?

Delete in the iPhone app.

1. Sign into the Apple/iPhone account you want to delete.
2. Open Profile, then the account deletion action.
3. Read the confirmation and confirm permanent deletion.
4. Wait for the app to confirm completion. If completion is uncertain, retry or ask support.

Signing out or uninstalling the app does not delete your account. Deletion removes the account and associated social, activity, profile, achievement and entitlement records described in the privacy policy. It also removes Groups you own and challenges you created.

Cannot access the app?

Email hello@getfriedchicken.com. Include your full username and tag, say whether you use Apple/iPhone or Google/Android, and ask for secure ownership verification. A username or matching email alone is not proof of ownership. Sending an email starts a request; it does not immediately delete an account.

Do not send passwords, identity tokens, login codes or raw health records.

What stays separate.

Apple Health records remain under your control. Deleting an app account does not delete your Apple or Google account and does not cancel an Apple subscription. Limited transaction, security, legal and recovery records may remain as described in the privacy policy. Google/Android and Apple/iPhone accounts are separate.
